This Summer, several Riots travel across the globe to represent the USA at this year’s Worlds events.

In Toronto, Canada, the WFDF U23 Worlds is mid-way through, and the US teams (Women’s, Mixed, and Open) are all undefeated. Look for Sarah Davis, team Captain, and Shira Stern on the U23 Women’s team, and Sabrina “Kodi” Fong representing on the Mixed team. Full schedule by Ultiapps here, and a limited selection of games available for livestream and View-On-Demand on the NexGen Network.

Starting Sunday, July 28th, Team USA will begin playing at the World Games in Cali, Colombia. Our very own Sarah “Surge” Griffith, having made it through a nation-wide tryout, months of traveling across the country for practices, and a grueling training regimen, will be representing the USA. We know she’s great, but Ultiworld also had some approving words for our teammate:

“She’s doing it everywhere. You watch Riot play and you know she’s a boss. When you look at the advanced statistics, they tell you she’s owning the field whenever she steps on it. Her highlight reel shows she can make big plays too, like her sky in the Team USA vs. Team Colombia game. Surge is hyperproductive, game-changing, and establishing herself as the best player in the Women’s game.”

The full schedule for Ultimate at the World Games can be found here, and all of the games will be available for viewing at ulti.tv.

We are so proud of our teammates, and we can’t wait to see them do great things in the coming week!
