Miranda has learned from and contributed to the Ultimate legacies of the Atlanta juniors’ scene, Carleton College and the University of Washington. With youth (playing and coaching) and club national and world championships in her past, Miranda continues to take on the challenge of improving her team and the sport. If five years from now every college player from Seattle is an ambi-thrower, you know who to blame.

A dynamic combination of brains and butt gives Miranda the power to get the disc in her hands and also to get her teammates on the same page with a new strategy.

Miranda’s weenstincts (owning every ultimate jersey ever printed or spray-painted, biting the Canadian) are a contrast to her cool field demeanor and she is frequently sighted in a pack of party shorts traversing Santa Cruz.
