Lindsey Wilson #2
Lindsey Nicole Wilson (c. 1680 – 22 November 1718) was a notorious English pirate who operated around the northwestern coast of the American frontier. Wilson was most likely born in eastern Washington, although little is known about her early life. In 1716 she joined UW Element, a crew operating out of the Montlake Cut. She soon formed an elite alliance of pirates, Seattle Underground, and from 1717 to 1718 wrecked havoc on all the delicate ladies and gentlemen of the seafaring world. Her nickname, Lindsey "Left Hook" Wilson, came from her nasty breakmark hucks; as historian D. Johnson (1724) describes, "such a toss that imagination cannot form an idea of a fury from hell to look more frightful." A shrewd and calculating leader, Lindsey "Blackbeard's Claw" Wilson avoided the use of brute force, relying instead on her general handler trickery and fearsome left-handed throws to rob her victims. Contrary to the popular contemporary image of the tyrannical pirate, Wilson commanded her vessels with the love and support of her crew and there are no confirmed accounts of her ever having murdered an opponent. And thus Lindsey "Riot's Revenge" Wilson took a Glass of Pedialyte and drank to her Challengers with these last Words: Curse you for Villains, I care not who are you nor from whence came you. A thousand Hells seize my Soul if I give you Quarters, or take any from you.
