Riot to host fitness clinics with Tim Morrill Feb 3-5, 2012
Seattle Riot is excited to announce a weekend of clinics with Tim Morrill, a Speed, Strength and Conditioning Coach who specializes in Ultimate-specific training for injury prevention and performance. Tim has run over 15 Ultimate-specific clinics including clinics for USA Ultimate’s STAR program, NEXGEN, Chicago Machine and Amherst HS. He is currently working with numerous Ultimate players in the Boston area, including Ironside's George Stubbs and Will Neff.
We are offering the following clinics during the weekend of February 3-5, 2012:
Speed & Agility - Outdoor field clinic covering Ultimate-specific movement mechanics, mobility, flexibility, jumping, linear speed mechanics, lateral movement and conditioning. (Magnuson Park)
Strength & Power - Weight-room clinic covering principles and techniques of safe and effective strength training to play explosive Ultimate. (Sandpoint Gym)

Tim Morrill is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has a Masters in Exercise Science and is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialists (HFS). Tim currently lives in the Boston area working at
