Riot is off to Santa Cruz this weekend (Sept. 5-6) to take on the best women's teams in the country in our last regular-season tournament, Labor Day. Our Saturday matchups include Ozone (Atlanta), Box (Colorado), Zeitgeist (Bay Area, CA) and Safari (San Diego, CA).

Labor Day Results

Riot was a semi-finalist in the Labor Day tournament last weekend, losing to Traffic (Vancouver, BC) 13-8 in a windy game.  En route to the semi-finals, Riot won all our pool play games by beating Ozone (15-10), Box (15-7), Zeitgeist (15-6), Safari (15-2), and Slackjaw (15-2).  All the results can be seen online here.

What can't be found online is a detailed account of the revelry that took place at the tournament party on Sunday night.  Rest assured, Riot took the dance floor by storm, dressed to impress in hot pink. 

Riot now has two weeks to prepare for the WA/BC Sectionals tournament where we will face Traffic again as the UPA Fall Series begins.
